In 2016, I founded Collective Agency — a full-service digital media agency with a national team of 400+ creatives. For six years I held full P&L responsibility while leading strategy, creative direction, and production across video, social content, motion graphics, web development, and rapid-response media.
Clients ranged from Fortune 500 companies to national political campaigns to major nonprofits. The work ranged from multi-episode branded series and large-scale livestream productions to building gaming programs for legacy nonprofits, to full website development and multi-platform social campaigns. Every engagement required managing multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and cross-functional coordination across creative, technical, and operational teams.
Building and running the agency gave me deep operational experience in business development, proposal creation, budget management, client relationship management, and team leadership at scale.
